The ALA-TOM RC&D Council is in the process of revising its Area Plan.  This plan is to provide guidance to the RC&D Council in the use of its resources in addressing problems, needs and opportunities in our nine-county region in Southwest Alabama.  We are soliciting your input as to what you feel is the direction the Council should take over the next five years.
